At Capitol Choppers its not just about getting paid. Really, for me (Timothy Arnell Artist from Hell) its about creating timeless original works of art. Yes I use stencils or shields, I made them myself so as to ensure that each project I do has a slightly different look as apposed to the massively  produced cookie cutter stencils so commonly used today. If your not happy with what I do then I'm not and I'll do it again, because nothing says custom like original art. That's why our clients choose us to do their projects. But don't just take Capitol Choppers word for it
